After 16 days of no water, it finally came this week. One of the happiest moments ever hahaha. Things i will never take for granted again: being able to water dishes, clean toilets, clean clothes, showering, being able to wash your hands, face, brush teeth, a clean house. Ahhh there are so many things you cant do without water, i will never complain about washing dishes ever again because it means there is water in the house. you have no idea how nasty it got up in there. Also we have killed a total of 7 rats this week. 3 huge ones the size of my hand plus the tail and 4 smaller ones. Im happy theyre dying. The other night we were planning and there where 3 rats in plain sight just walking around. thats something i wouldnt have been able to endure before the mission, but now i have to sweep up dead rats everyday and its totally normal. Ive learned a lot here hahaha. But yeah Ive realized how so blessed we are. Its unbelievable all that God has given us and I am so beyond grateful. I love the mission. It has gone by so fast and it has been exactly what ive needed. i feel like i say the same thing every week, but i know God knows us and He gives us the challenges and trails that we specifically need to shape us into the people God wants us to be. The mission has been super hard, but im so grateful for all the hard stuff ive gone through, i know its what i needed. I love you all and I love this gospel.
